01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the p989 platform ("p989", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p989 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotions and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or using p989 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the p989 website, mobile web interface, applications and all services made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or deposit plus Bonus Funds) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to p989 is blocked or restricted by applicable law or by operator policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for illustrative monetary references throughout this document.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on p989, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws of your country, province or territory, whichever is greater.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
3. You must not be under a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on p989 or on any other gambling platform.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or acting as a proxy for another individual.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor or close associate of p989 or any affiliated entity.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on p989. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, p989 requires completion of KYC verification. Standard documentation includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or valid passport).
• A recent proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence, issued within the preceding 90 days).
• Additional documentation as may be requested by the compliance team at its sole discretion.

All submitted documents must be clear, legible, unaltered and must exactly match the personal details provided during account registration. p989 reserves the right to request further verification at any stage of the customer relationship.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify p989 immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your p989 Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's Cashier section at the time of deposit. Payment method references familiar to Pakistani users — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. They do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with p989 or any gambling activity. Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may also be available where listed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by verified Account holders whose balance meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Full completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.2.
• Confirmation that any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Identity match between the registered account details and the withdrawal destination.
• Account standing review — accounts under investigation or subject to a hold may experience delays.

5.3 Currency

Where monetary amounts are referenced on the Platform, PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures are used as illustrative context for Pakistani users. Actual account currency and available deposit/withdrawal denominations are as specified within the Platform's Cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

p989 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a specified rollover requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The multiplier and qualifying bet types are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active and wagering remains incomplete, a maximum single-bet limit applies (for example, PKR 1,000 per spin or per bet — refer to individual promotion terms for the exact limit). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino, table games or specific titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses remain in your account throughout wagering but cannot themselves be withdrawn — only winnings derived from them are eligible. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from any withdrawal amount. The bonus type is specified per promotion.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion (for example, PKR 25,000). Winnings above this cap are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit is required to activate most welcome and reload bonuses (for example, PKR 1,000). Deposits below the threshold do not activate the offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

p989 reserves the right to decline, withdraw or reclaim any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts, or any pattern of play that p989 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on p989 — including sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, ICC tournaments, PSL fixtures, international football leagues, UFC events and other markets — are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Errors made during bet placement are the responsibility of the User.
• p989 reserves the right to suspend, void or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where a system error, manifest error or suspicious wagering pattern has been identified.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended during play at p989's discretion.
• In the event of a market error resulting in materially incorrect odds, p989 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• p989 does not guarantee the availability of any specific sporting event or market. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one account on p989.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Any form of money laundering, match-fixing, fraud or collusion.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of manifest pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by third parties.
• Any attempt to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion controls or deposit limits once applied.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

09 Responsible Gambling

p989 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly loss limits.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable reminders and automatic session cut-offs.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

Once a self-exclusion or limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits or lift self-exclusion may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by the operator's responsible gambling policy.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the p989 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and design elements, is the property of p989 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from p989.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• p989 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• p989 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from any bet or casino game. All gambling involves risk and losses are possible.
• p989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• p989's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12 Amendments

p989 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p989 holds its operating license. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users in Pakistan are advised that gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. p989 is not licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users must independently satisfy themselves as to the lawfulness of their participation in online gambling under the laws applicable to their location before accessing the Platform.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of p989 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection laws in the User's jurisdiction.
